I love the light and the different light color options and also dim/brightness adjustments. The phone stand also expands to fit any phone which is great.The cons for me: I have an iPhone 8 Plus. Admittedly, it’s a heavy phone but certainly not heavier than any other phone also on the market. The stand fits the width of the phone great however it’s not strong enough to hold the phone up at all. I position it where I want it and the whole are bends down from the weight of the phone. I tried using an iPhone 6s (not a plus size) and had the same problem.Additionally, I haven’t found a way to effectively bend this so I can use it without clamping it down, which limits where I can actually use this light since it doesn’t stand up well on its own.For the price, I plan to keep it and use the light alone for putting on makeup but to use as I intended for a phone stand/vlogging, this isn’t gonna work at all.

What a neat item. I purchased this as much to have a small clip on lamp on my bedside table as for a light for picture taking. It’s really fun. I do use it for a little extra light at the bedside. Just clips right on. The clip is well made and super strong. Won’t fall off of get knocked off easily by my cats.I’ve been taking pics like crazy just testing the lighting. Fun and different. It Is a quality made product. Sturdy metal and the posing arms are tough and easy to position.The different levels of light and tone are a nice addition to regular picture taking. I am enjoying this product and happy with my purchase.

This simple little light is perfect for clamping to the mirror of my vanity table. My vanity is in a bedroom with relatively poor lighting, and I needed better lighting for applying my makeup on dark mornings. The light does not come with a wall outlet, but if one has any Android phone or Kindle chargers, it's simple to plug the usb cord in. The arms on the light are the perfect length. I have not (and most likely will not) use the shorter arm for a cell phone, but the 24" arm with the rounded light at the end is the perfect length, and is very bendable for manipulating it into the perfect position. It's also not "loose", so the arm stays in place once you have adjusted it to where it needs to be. My vanity table has a large mirror, and I have clamped the light to the side of the mirror, and wrapped the light around the back and up over the top of the mirror, so that it is about a foot above my face while I'm applying my makeup. The light has three settings (warm, cool and mixed--I prefer the mixed, but all three are great), and also has brightness settings. It has a little light controller on the cord, so the brightness and warmth/coolness as well as on/off can be set and changed. It also comes with a little remote control for the phone/camera arm, but I have not used it. The only minor issue I have is that if the light is left plugged in, there is a little blue backlight on the controller thing on the cord, so in a dark bedroom at night, that light is a bit of an annoyance. I simply unplug the light at night, though, so problem fixed. This was a great purchase, and is working exactly as I'd hoped. Highly recommended!!

I didn't buy this for streaming on social media. I'm in college and live in tight quarters so there's really no room for me to have a desk or a lamp. So when I saw this it was perfect for me to hook to my mini desk aka tv tray and use at night while studyingAlso my laptop doesn't have a back lit keyboard so this helps immensely. I like the fact that it has different modes to switch on and that I can either plug it into my lap top or with a phone adapter I can plug it into the wall. The maneuverability of the neck of this lamp is very good and smooth. The clamp is very sturdy and strong once I placed it on my mini desk it stayed there. No moving or falling down. I'm very happy with this lamp. Maybe one day I'll use it for something more than studying but for now its one of my best buys.

Super happy with this purchase!+It works well clamped to my tripod with a portable battery plugged in when doing self tape auditions+AND it doubles as an effective Piano light for my son’s electronic piano plugged into the piano USB port.+bright reading light or desk too+So easy to move around.+The clamp is padded so doesn’t damage the piano leg.-I wish the padded clamp held a little tighter, but it is sufficient as long as you hold clamp in place when adjusting light direction so it doesn’t slip off.I haven’t used the phone clamp yet but plan to soon

I bought to use for taking pictures of jewelry and knick nacks for internet sales. It clamps on to my desk very well and hasn't moved. The light has several brightness that you can select and the little accessory that lets me take photos without having to press the button on my iPhone I love. I found that because of all the adjustments and angles that this can be put into, that it is my favorite light for applying makeup. I love, love, love this do hickey. Because I love this so, I gave it a five, but don't understand, that since this is not a camera, but a light, what does it have to do with face recognition and camera quality? Designed very well. Super for the price.

I ordered this selfie ring to actually do pictures of my crocheted and jewelry items that I make and sell online. The lighting in my house can be...difficult, changes and casts shadows. This Selfie Ring is perfect for my items. Love the different colors of lights and degree of lighting so I can adjust my pictures. It linked up with the Bluetooth on my iPhone XR easily so I can use the remote. The arms bend easily and every way needed and are stable. The phone holder is very secure, actually kind of hard to get my phone into but that just means it is holding it more securely. I still have a few shadows and probably need to order another. I imagine it’s great for selfies and videos too. Easy to use and got here very quickly.
