How can a travel mug so slim be so good at keeping my drink so hot? It's due to the thermal internals, though how this works I've no idea. It does though, very well. Easy to clean, sliding lid that keeps my coffee to go hot and unlike other travel mugs it really doesn't leak. Great rubber ring inside, easy to lift lid helps to prevent leaks. I bought these mainly as I was in need of the cleaner to clean some reusable plastic ones I already had and I thought it might be more worth to buy some metal ones with the cleaner rather than an 8 pack of cleaners.Anyways, I really like these they work well and look very pretty and I received many compliments from my friends when they come over, also it's nice that they have the silicone bits for a few reasons, one it makes it easier to recognize whose drink is whose, then it's nice to protect your lips if you're drinking something warm or I guess too cold, and then if you put it where the straw hits the rim of your glass it gets rid of the annoying noise of metal against glass.I definitely recommend this product if you want to "save the turtles" or just want some cool looking straws or a cleaner !

The gold is a lovely warm colour and makes the cup stand out. It works brilliantly at keeping drinks warm and is very easy to clean.But there are two factors which let this down for me - 1. it cannot be described as leak proof as the lid doesn’t lock as such so the mouthpiece where the liquid comes out of is always open. If you have a full cup and were walking or driving it would spill out. 2. The cup doesn’t fit into car cup holders, it’s too wide at the base.Those two things let this down but for a cup that doesn’t need to be a true travel mug as such it’s very good and looks the part!

That the lid has cracked and the sipper has come unattached and there’s no way of attaching it back.That’s the only fault but before this I’ve raved on about the cup to all my friends.

This is without doubt the best lidded mug I’ve ever used & I’ve tried many! Keeps my coffee hot but the outside does not get hot at all, so you can drink your cuppa comfortably.Would definitely recommend to buy

I bought this mug because I wanted ones that looked like the ones used in the Expance. Brilliant mugs easy to clean, hold and keeps drinks hot for longer. I pop the lid on if I'm going out and it does a great job as a travel mug.

Nice looking design and colour although I found it a bit chunky to hold. The biggest problem for me is that it isn’t leak proof. It always leaked on the short walk from the car to the station, no matter how carefully I put it in my bag or that it was upright throughout. If you want a cup that you will be holding throughout it would be fine but it’s not travel proof and it won’t fit in most car cup holders either.

Love this cup! Keep my tea warm for a couple of hours! Which is great when you don’t have time to drink it during a working day! Sometimes it does keep your tea hot for too long and you have to wait a while for it too get to a drinkable temperature!In terms of cleaning it’s actually quite easy to clean, the sliding lid can be popped out to clean under it, you just need to close the lid turn it upside down and pop out the slider, then pop it back in when it’s clean.I’ve recommended this product to friends and colleagues who have bought their own and love it!
