Good quality of sound. Its pricey but worth it if you want to invest in a good pair of headsets

almost 300 quid headset for it to have the worst software apps not working properly/bricking your headset, updates breaks the station/headset, battery connection inside the right side of the headset EXTREMELY sensitive to movement which causes it to BRICK AGAIN, so you have to DISARM the Headset BREAKING THE WARANTY TO MAKE IT WORK, and if that doesnt work get ready for the mother*****g ASTRO COMMAND CENTRE to BRICK your headset, oh i forgot that the VERSION IN MICROSFT STORE DOES NOT RECOGNISE THE DEVICE, YOU HAVE TO GET APP FROM REDDIT OR DIGGING DEEP ON THE INTERNET BECAUSE THE LOGITEC PAGE REDIRECTS YOU TO THE MICROSOFT STORE SO YOU HAVE TO RISK YOUR COMPUTER SEARCHING FOR THE F*****G .MSI INSTALLER THAT ACTUALLY RECOGNISES YOUR DEVICE, which is going to prompt you to UPDATE THE DEVICE, ONLY FOR IT TO HAVE A F*****G ERROR AT 75% AND 80% and BRICK your headset again, oh but you can FACTORY RESET YOU HEADSET holding the dolbi and game bottoms for 20 seconds WHICH BRINGS IT BACK TO FACTORE DEFAULT VERSION WHCIH IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ABOLOSUTELY NOTHING, oh yes now you can update through the astro command centre BUT IT GETS AN ERROR AT 80% BRICKING IT AGAIN, so on and henceforth

Like a I said the headphones are great and have a huge range of customization for the it's sound. They give a great quality of sound and are made of great material finally the spatial sound is fantastic but for me it took a long to get the headphones of and running.You need to download the Astro Command Center to customize the headphones, but for me and a lot of others the app doesn't work. I tried my best but in the end I spoke with a Logitech helper but they couldn't help. I went to Reddit and got it sorted from others who had the same problem.Overall great headphones terrible support from Logitech. For the price Logitech should have been on the ball and fixed this problem since day one.

The truth of it is, I’ve given it a 5 star when realistically it’s a 4 and a half star.Now this headset is great but it’s the little things that brings it down a peg.For example, if you do not know how to correct the highs and lows in audio and the presets ain’t good for you personally then you’ll either have to learn how to correct it with the command centre (which is a pretty neat application) or just sell the headset.The durability of said headset ain’t the strongest. It has been dropped once (my cat knocked it off my desk) it landed on carpet and the part where soft bit is at the top snapped loose from the frame of the headset and wouldn’t go back in securely. I had to super glue it lol.The surround sound feature is cool but isn’t the best. It’s recommended to use Dolby Atmos, the app on PC however that requires a subscription. You’d thing after paying the high price for this headset you’d get maybe a free trial or something like that for Dolby Atmos but you don’t.If you are looking for sound cancelling, this ain’t the one for you. Go somewhere else. I heard Alienware have a great headset for sound cancelling.The range on this headset isn’t the best, but it’s decent enough if you do stay in the same room.The worst problem I had with this was a weird one. When I upgraded my network to 5ghz Wi-Fi, the frequency interfered with my headset causing it to cut out at times and often have this blipping noise in the speakers. I had to turn of the 5ghz setting on my hub for this to go away. I am hoping they’ve since fixed this issue. I am yet to test it.However, this headset still remains in the spot of one of my best all time headsets. The price is bit too high though. I would recommend going for a cheaper headset if you can’t comfortably afford this headset.
