Alpha iNoble Stone Total Oil-Free Nonstick Coating Frying Pan (12-inch) PFOA Free

Have used my new 10.25" pan about 7 or 8 times and am delighted with the great non-stick properties. I use the #4 setting on a glass top stove (#10 is hottest), and allow the pan to cool completely before gently washing it.The only negative occurs when attempting to flip eggs or stir something the entire pan moves and I have to secure it with the other hand. Deducted 1 star for this. I'm assuming it's due to the way the bottom of the pan was constructed with those depressed sections to accommodate glass top and induction. If that's the case, the company should make a pan with a bottom suitable for each.After struggling with stuck-on food on my old ceramic pan, this one is a breeze!

Better than Teflon, and worked very well for about a month, but I'm already seeing a decline in its nonstick properties and I only use it for light cooking, mostly eggs and pancakes, and has never been washed in a dishwasher nor used on high heat.

At first my mom had doubts about choosing this pan due to the unconventional design, but after 6 months of usage, this pan has proven to be great. This superior nonstick quality and powerful scratch-resistance; description is true; we always hand wash our dishes and pans, and this has been super easy to clean.Update 12/22/18:We had to throw this pan out. There were black specks on the inner sides of the pan and the outer sides looked burnt too. The nonstick feature is also not working well anymore.It was never washed in a dishwasher or with a rough sponge, so the only conclusion I got from this is to invest to more expensive, higher quality equipment.

The bottom of the pan(the outside part on the burner) is peeling off. Makes me wonder if the inside will start peeling eventually. Easy to clean, nothing sticks.

These pans work well for now, but if I had known about the disclaimer on the box, I would not have bought them. It says, "If over-heated the non-stick coating will come off." It's just a matter of time until I forget & they do over-heat.

Best non stick pan i've tried so far... the first one that doesnt lose it's non-stick quality over time. It did warp a little, but that may have been my fault for using it on too high a temperature. I will probably end up buying another one and will make sure to use it on low or medium only.

I have used the pan now for several weeks, and it holds up.It cooks well and evenly and is totally non-stick. Also, I find it superior to the "ceramic" types: more durable.Cleans up easily. I plan to buy more. I think it's the best non-stick out there. Yes, they all require a bit of baby-siting and not overheating, but this one has proven itself. Great product!

It's an absolute pleasure cooking with this pan! It has an excellent non-stick surface, heats well, and is made to comply with food-safety standards. On top of all of this, it just plain looks good! When the 12 inch pan is in stock, I plan to get one of those, too.

Éste sartén me ha funcionado bastante bien, utilizo muy poco aceite o mantequilla para cocinar y los alimentos no se pegan, me gusta el material del que está hecho y hasta la fecha no se me ha rayado, solo me hubiera gustado que incluyera una tapadera.

Realmente tiene muy buena antiadherencia, no se le pega la comida y todo sin los problemas de los quimicos del teflón
