Worked well for the first two weeks despite the loud struggling noise that it made. Now it just turns in circles.

Junk
Horrible piece of junk. Purchased this for my wife for Christmas. Worked ok first time using it but keeps getting worse. Gets stuck it the middle of the floor without even touching anything. Do not waste any money on this piece of garbage.

Good for hard surface floors
This is fine as a sweeper for hard floors (not carpet or rugs). It does not have a rotating brush or beater blade to shake the dirt off of carpet, it just has two side brushes to push the dirt into a bin. This works great on my tile and I like that I don't have to clean the brush. It seems to pick up a lot of dirt and hair and junk that is bigger than I would have expected to be captured.I have had many Roombas. They have features that are different than this. One thing is a brush and beater bar. They pick up a lot of hair from us and our dogs. They are also a pain to clean. They have one side brush while this has two.The Roombas come with a device you can use to shoot a line that the vacuum will not cross. I never use it. This does not have one. It does have a remote control that works pretty well. You have to be fairly close (not across the house) but the vacuum is very responsive to the remote. My newest Roomba uses a phone app. Both have their advantages. This is good because (once I find where I put the remote), I don't have to find and open an app. This doesn't move onto my rugs very well. It does fine on the wafer-thin entry mat, but it gets stuck on my bathroom-type flat washable rugs. It also gets stuck on the very thin base of my counter stools. I have never had a Roomba get stuck on the chairs and it is a little better on the rugs, but it still gets stuck. One thing I was excited to try is the cleaning cloth feature (which in the instructions is called the "automatic humidifying cloth". I could not find anything in the instructions on how to use it, but filled the water container and let 'er go. After about 45 minutes (the battery life on this thing is great) I checked the cloth. About half of it was bone dry. I took the cloth off and dampened it. That allowed it to pick up a little dirt, but it certainly does not clean my floor. If you use a Swifter, this will give you the same results. I now stop the unit and rinse off the cloth every 5 or 10 minutes. That helps a lot. This is not a problem with the vacuum, it is just plain logic that the dirt needs to come off or you will just be dragging it to different parts of the house. The dirt collecting part is different than a Roomba's. It is under the top. I learned to be careful lifting it out so it doesn't dump the dirt into the machine. I learned this by needing to get our my real vacuum to vacuum the inside of this one. You have to remove a filter to dump the dirt. This is kind of a pain for me because I am using it a lot in a large house currently being remodeled, so I need to empty it every time I use it. I am not sure if the first filter is washable. It looks like it is. There is also a paper filter, The unit came with an extra filter and extra brushes. My unit would not dock and my first review stated that. The company immediately contacted me and sent a new, working unit. This is fine for the price for someone with no rugs or ones high enough that the vacuum will go around them instead of trying to climb them. It is way cheaper than my Roomba and does the job.

Meh.
This thing runs for hours until I make it go home!! It does a good job picking up dog hair on our tile floor. It gets a little stuck when it gets to the rug but a little nudge gets it to where it needs to be. The only annoyance is that it runs foooorrrr eevvvvvaaarrrr. It sometimes gets stuck on a flat wall. Maybe it's just special.

Pretty Awesome Little Robovac
The media could not be loaded. If you are looking for a Robovac to help keep your hard floors clean, look no further. This Robotic Vacuum by BAALAND isfantastic at a great price. Equiped with two opposing side brushes and powerful suction this Robovac can easily handle your normal day to day hard floor cleaning. I am yet to find the limits of the battery, this vacuum easily handles my cleaning needs on one charge, multiple times over. It is advertised at 120 minutes worth of run time and I believe that it is very possible, but wasn't willing to restart it many times over while timing it to confirm the exact run time.If you viewed the video that I included with my review, you will notice that the edge sensors work great. I conducted demo testing on my dinning room table. Not knowing exactly what to expect I was very impressed with how well the edge sensors work. The remote also works flawlessly and can come in handy if your charge base location is tucked away somewhere.I must note, the mop attachment did not work so well for me. It would seem that their is yet some design improvement to be made. I contacted the Manufacturer to ask about this and was informed that they are already working to improve the functionality of the mop attachment. Nevertheless this wasn't a deal breaker for me. For this reason only I had to deduct one star as it was advertised as a functional mop as well as vac.My primary use for this Robovac is pet hair and dust/dirt that seems to be a never ending battle on my hard floors. This Robovac keeps my floors looking tip top. With the ability to both start manually as well as program an automatic cleaning schedule, my floors have never stayed so clean.Last thing to note, wow is this Robovac quite. I have heard many others brands that friends and family have and they were very noisy compared to this unit. It's not much loader than a basic house fan.Very pleased with this Robovac. Great product, great price, and great customer service.

Not Impressed
I bought this vacuum and it got confused very easily on the auto run. Also, it seemed to stay in one pattern w/o changing so it wouldn't cover the whole space. I have hardwood floors in my upstairs and that is the only place I needed it to clean. I was not satisfied because I thought there might be something wrong with the programming. I returned it and ended up buying a eufy, which I love and am very impressed with.

This thing is a piece of crap. I have bought three and all three are terrible. One barely functions and the other two completely died. I returned the first one and it cost me $35 to return to Canadian seller. I have never heard a peep since I sent it backDO NOT BUY

I bought this Vacuum as a single dad of 2 Corgi dogs. Need some help with the day to day cleaning. I have ceramic tile in most of the house with deep grout. I tried others @ this price range and this is the only one that was able to get the dog hair out of the deep grout. Dad and dog approved!
