Work ReALLY work very well

My fav in past yrs has been Ricola sugar free honey lemon drops cos I can have em after brushing my teeth/overnight. But recently realized they are made with aspartame (cancer risk), and also realized my recent fav Fisherman's Friend sugar free drops are made with sucralose (Splenda - also cancer risk), so after lots of searching, found this and just tried one last nite - taste pretty good, better than Ricola and FF, sweetened by Stevia (and isomalt which is a sugar substitute used in many food stuff and not considered in same category as aspartame and splenda). Would be 5 stars if this was sweetened only stevia and not have any isomalt at all - but at this point would still buy again :)

These are wonderful if you are trying to avoid sugar or artificial sweeteners. Taste great and works well!

These worked well at soothing my sore throat and opening my sinuses up a bit. I didn't notice an artificial sweetener taste. Definitely ordering some more.

These cough drops don't have that super strong sensation like Halls or Cepacol. They have an extremely mild cooling effect, so I don't recommend these for instant relief of a really sore throat. However, I do find the ingredients work to relax the throat and / or lungs so that breathing seemed a bit easier. So, they work in a different way than the other brands I mentioned. It might be helpful to alternate between both the Herbion and those not natural but stronger drops to relieve a variety of different symptoms. I have continued to purchase these and find it helps with mild asthmatic type symptoms -although nobody should be relying on this to treat asthma, because asthma is a serious condition that requires something stronger than this. All that said, it did help me breathe a little bit better.
