As a year plus post op gastric sleeve surgery patient, I finally found a multivitamin that has all of the vitamin content that is required by my surgeon based on my labs. It’s easy to swallow, I take it with breakfast or lunch and I have had no issues with nausea or aftertaste. I have been on this for a couple of months and when I am consistent I do notice a nice boost of energy. Consistency is key to get the benefits of this vitamin. The packaging is good, the quality is good and very effective!

Same exact bottle of Centrum daily vitamins you buy in the store but at a lower price. Seems to contain every vitamin and micronutrient your body could need. I got these for my family. They are easy to swallow because of the mini size. Will last for awhile so I do not have to be ordering all the time.
