I recently replaced the air filter in my 2012 Toyota Aygo 1.0 Fire, with this filter.The process of changing was as simple as opening four clips, lifting a cover, taking out and replacing the air filter.Immediately the car has much more power, it accelerates noticibly quicker. It would stall regularly when pulling away and I thought that it was the clutch that required replacement, but changing the air filter seems to have done the trick. It pulls up banks too, I'm expecting to see an improvement in the vehicles mpg, I have been getting 53mpg but hopefully it will give over 57mpg, though I'm a couple of weeks away from that calculation at the moment, I will update this review, once I have the data.

Easy to fit in place, works very well

This filter was certainly much better than the filter it replaced.The quality appears to be very good and it fitted perfectly into the filter housing without any need to dismantle the filter box itself. All I had to do was release a few clips, lift the lid up as far as possible and drop the filter in, making sure it was seated correctly to allow the cover to sit flush.Piece of cake.

Bought to replace a grubby filter that should have been replaced long ago, so obviously I’ve seen a massive increase in fuel economy.Great quality as expected from Bosch.For the price I’ll be replacing these much more often just to keep all in good order.

Bought this for an old 2009 Toyota Yaris 1.0 (1KR-FE engine) for which it's meant to be compatible. It was a pain to fit due to the hard rubber/plastic "seal" that Bosch decided to put around it (the OEM air filters do not have this).It's a tight fit and the hard rubber/plastic edge can pop off when you try and clip the filter housing back together, which again is tighter than usual with this filter. Too much faffing about with this one so it's going in the bin. I've ordered the Blue Print version instead which is much better.
